The Vision: Feed the hungry, gather around the table, educate the community, shine the light of Jesus Christ. 

The Beacon on  Boulevard is a charitable non-profit community kitchen nestled in a neighborhood one block off of Shotwell Street, the main street that runs through the city of Bainbridge, Georgia. Being led by a dedicated founding Board of Directors, the property will be fully renovated. The plan is to add a parking lot, restrooms, and a commercial kitchen. 

The Beacon will be lighting the way for food insecurity in our community by serving meals every Tuesday.  Guests will be served a hot meal and gather around tables, enjoying conversation with other guests and volunteers. Well-trained volunteers will staff the ministry. Additional social service programming and meal days will be added as individuals, churches, private foundations, and civic organizations provide funding.
